Experienced licensees enjoy independence and setting their own schedule. We have multiple top-shelf high tech virtual office locations with access to professional support personnel ready to help you and your clients. You and your clients work in professionally designed Closing Rooms with access to conference areas, kid-friendly environment, high speed Internet access, faxing and copy stations, on-site personnel, shipping and receiving, live phone operators and fully stocked service kitchens with coffee, tea, filtered water and condiments. Applicable hourly rates are very competitive. Increase your bottom line and reinforce client retention.
Join us for unlimited income potential. Qualified agents must be able to manage two or three closings and active transactions per month. We will train selected licensed agents please call for details.
Commission Plan: Experienced licensees

- Monthly Virtual Agent desk fee packages

Our accounting personnel know the importance of accurate record keeping. Maintaining updated case files are required by Washington State and expected of all our licensees!
